Lapland arctic char fillet with Västerbotten cheese

Serves: 4

Preheat the oven to 200°C.

Peel the potatoes and boil them in salted water until tender. Mash them and mix in a knob of butter, some warm milk, and grate nutmeg over.

Place the fillets in an oiled baking dish. Season with salt and spices.

Mix the cream cheese and Västerbotten cheese into a creamy mixture and spread it over the fillets.

Cook the fish in the middle of the oven for about 15 minutes.

Trim and cut the mushrooms into smaller pieces, sauté in butter, and serve with the mashed potatoes.

4 Lapland Arctic char fillets
½ tsp lemon pepper and a little salt
200 g Philadelphia cream cheese
2 dl grated Västerbotten cheese
200 g chanterelle mushrooms or button mushrooms
15 medium-sized almond potatoes
Butter, a splash of milk, and grated nutmeg
